With us since its launch on the market, Fruiticana wanted to build on its popularity on the market by targeting new audiences with a fresh, exciting face for the campaign.
Led by Yo Maps, Zambia’s number one singer, our team worked hand in hand with the Trade Kings team to develop a campaign that would reflect both the brand and Yo Map’s musical character.
The theme “Feel The Rhythm, Taste The Fun” really brought out a musical tone to the campaign.
The campaign was launched with a memorable TVC with Yo Maps as our main character, led by a song he developed for the brand.
During this campaign we also launched a “What’s on the menu?” series of videos, showcasing Yo Maps enjoying food with a variety of Fruiticana flavours to highlight Fruiticana as the perfect partner to any meal.
Additionally, in an effort to showcase the brand’s CSR activity, we launched the series “Everyone Deserves” showing Yo Maps surpassing various orphanages around Lusaka with gifts and a musical performance.
These efforts were followed by Giraffe inspired billboard concepts, social media filters launched on the Fruiticana pages and social media competitions.
