Universal Mining & Chemical Industries Ltd (UMCIL) is a proudly Zambian-owned private limited company that specialises in the production of Iron and Steel Products in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.

UMCIL approached Giraffe to assist them in a rebranding, with a revamped website, new look & feel to the social media pages and video production to enhance brand visibility and awareness.

Our team accomplished a facelift of the UMCIL website to incorporate the new brand guidelines and elements, adding to it a responsive and animated feel that suits an industrial company. The aesthetics help the information be presented in a manner that is easy to read and digestible.

For their social media presence (LinkedIn and Facebook), Giraffe worked with their team to devise content that will set them apart in steel manufacturing. This was achieved through content designed to raise awareness, educate and engage with the social audience.

Lastly, we undertook production work to produce a corporate video, as well as internal video content around safety and induction for the UMCIL team and product photography for website and social media purposes.
