TradeKings - Sundance
When we first received the Sun Dance products, we were blown away by the bright and fun colors of the branding. We wanted to reflect this in the environment the video would be filmed in and so our team brainstormed around the idea of using a bustling market with a vibrant circus atmosphere, to bring a bit of familiarity to the scenario for local Zambians to relate to.
To get the perfect ambiance and create the SunDance energy, the Giraffe team constructed the whole set from scratch, using the product colors, fruits to represent the different flavors and circus characters to make the whole set stand out.
The SunDance bus was used to add color and the musical tone to the video, using a group of young, energetic guys dancing and singing the SunDance song. The video and song were such a success that the song is still sung and danced to, to this day.
